At Maisone Pure, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully happy with your order or you accidentally selected the wrong size, don’t worry—you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return in 4 Easy Steps

Email info@maisonepure.com to request a return form. Please read the conditions on the form carefully before sending your product back to our sorting center.

Complete the return form.

Send your order, along with the completed return form, to the address provided on the form. Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges for Size Issues (4 Steps)

Email info@maisonepure.com with your order number and the new size you require. We will send you an exchange form.

Complete the exchange form.

Send your order together with the completed exchange form to the address provided. Please ensure the package has a tracking number.

As soon as we receive your package, we will ship the correct size to you free of charge.
Exchanges for Defective Products (4 Steps)

Email info@maisonepure.com with photos or a short video of the defective product, along with a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review and validate the defect based on the evidence provided.

If approved, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

You will receive tracking information for your replacement so you can monitor the shipment’s progress.
Important: If you choose a replacement product, you are not eligible for a refund or a second replacement.
Important Note
Before returning any items, you must first request and complete a return form. Please contact our customer service at info@maisonepure.com to obtain the form. Returns sent without the form cannot be processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, your order will already be in processing and scheduled for dispatch, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
